Troubleshoot WordPress update failure message

by marioernestomsupdated on 27 de March de 20172 de March de 2017
An automated wordpress update failure

I have seen the following message appear on some WordPress websites after update WordPress Version:

Failure update message

Even after verifying that the update was done normally, the message does not disappear. I wonder why?

After searching in forums and pages for a response I found the root of the problem. This is possibly due to some failure in an earlier update. WordPress by default saves the processes of updates in a file called .maintenance.

The solution to this problem is rename the file for example to old.maintenance or remove this file. And the message will disappear.

If you know the best solution than mine, please sharing with me. I love to know the right process to do the things. hugs for all!
